I specialize in myofascial release—a gentle, highly effective form of bodywork that targets the connective tissue (fascia) to reduce pain, restore movement, and promote deep healing. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or seeking relief from postural imbalances, I’m here to support your body’s natural ability to heal.

I graduated with a degree in Occupational Studies/Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in 2004. I have traveled the country and am happy to be back in the Northeast.

I have been a licensed massage therapist for 23 years. I combine the science of medical massage with the comfort of the luxury spa world to bring exquisite and effective treatments to my clients.

I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2001 and have helped over 20,000 clients.

I use techniques from the following modalities to design a session specifically for each client’s needs:

Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Swedish, Pre-Natal, PNF, Acupressure, Energywork, Breathwork, Visualization and Meditation.

I am passionate about helping my clients to solve pain anomalies, maintain health, and prevent unnecessary suffering for the body.
