At O’Keefe Massage Therapy, we specialize in myofascial release—a gentle, highly effective form of bodywork that targets the connective tissue (fascia) to reduce pain, restore movement, and promote deep healing. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or seeking relief from postural imbalances, we’re here to support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Rich graduated with a degree in Occupational Studies/Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in 2004 (1200 hours).

Bethany graduated from the Clinical Massage Therapist program (1040 hours) at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Westport, CT in 2001.
