O'Keefe Massage Therapy · Nyack, New York
We built OMT for people who want more than a standard massage — unhurried, attentive bodywork grounded in over 40 combined years of clinical practice.
O'Keefe Massage Therapy was created for people who want more than a standard massage. Rich's work is unhurried, attentive, and grounded in the belief that touch — when done with presence and intention — can genuinely change how someone lives in their body.
He doesn't work on autopilot. Every session is adaptive: beginning with what the client brings that day, following what the tissue is actually asking for, and ending when the work is done — not when the clock says so.
Rich specializes in myofascial release, a gentle yet highly effective approach that targets the body's connective tissue (fascia). This method helps reduce pain, restore movement, and create lasting change — especially for clients dealing with chronic tension, injury recovery, postural strain, or patterns that haven't responded to typical massage.
He graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in 2004 with a degree in Occupational Studies / Massage Therapy. After years of traveling and practicing across the country, he returned to the Northeast to offer focused, thoughtful care to his local community.
With 23 years of practice and over 20,000 clients, Bethany brings a rare breadth of training to every session. She draws from more than a dozen modalities — not as a menu of techniques, but as a living vocabulary she uses to design treatment specific to each person's body and goals.
Her sessions move fluidly between clinical precision and deep nurture. Whether you arrive in pain, stress, or simply in need of restoration, Bethany meets you exactly where you are.
