Initial Myofascial Therapy Session
Includes a comprehensive intake, postural assessment, and your first hands-on myofascial release treatment. Ideal for new clients or those returning after time away.

Follow-Up Myofascial Session
Focused therapeutic bodywork to address chronic tension, movement restrictions, and ongoing recovery. Suitable for regular clients seeking consistent care.
60 minutes – $130
Extended Session
Deeper, more comprehensive treatment for multiple areas of restriction or complex conditions. Also great for those who prefer a slower-paced, whole-body session.
90 minutes – $190
TMJ & Neck Release Session
Targeted myofascial work focused on the jaw, head, neck, and shoulders. Ideal for clients with TMJ dysfunction, tension headaches, or upper-body holding patterns.
45 minutes – $110
Instructional Myofascial Massage Session
This one-on-one or partner session is designed to teach self-treatment techniques and/or guide a loved one in providing supportive bodywork at home. You’ll learn safe pressure, hand positioning, and fascia-based techniques to help reduce pain, support healing, and improve body awareness between professional treatments.

Post-Surgical / Scar Tissue Therapy
Gentle and specific work for clients recovering from surgery or injury. Designed to release adhesions, reduce scar tissue, and support lymphatic flow and tissue mobility.
